Returns on hard copy patterns and kits are accepted up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable PDF Patterns are not returnable.

To complete the return, please email annemarie.chany@gmail.com to start the process. Please include your order number and date of purchase from my shop. Exchanges are available only to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through my shop and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All printed patterns and kits ship within 2-4 business days.  Most items ship USPS.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the delivery of your items.

PDF Download Patterns are available immediately upon checkout.  Downloads are emailed to the email address provided at checkout.  Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox within a few minutes. The download system only allows you to download the file for 24 hours after purchase.  PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND SAVE YOUR FILE SOMEPLACE SAFE. If your download expires, email me [annemarie.chany@gmail.com] and I will assist you as soon as I can.

International Shipping:  International shipping is currently not available.  I occasionally make special arrangments for orders from Canada. Please email me [annemarie.chany@gmail.com] to inquire. Purchaser is responsible for international shipping costs.
