Equilateral Triangle Baby Quilt Finish

After many months of asking, I have finally finished all three minky snuggle quilts for my littles.  Hooray!

I am already thinking that I won't be able to get away with baby size quilts for the next round.  Why won't they stop growing already?  If I could keep them 8, 5 and 2 1/2 years, I think I might.
This is the quilt for the smallest one.  These cheerful colors just sing...  I decided to try equilateral triangles for the first time and I'm pretty happy with the result.  I used a 60 Degree Triangle Quilting Ruler and the intersections of my triangles all lined up really well.  It took a little practice to make sure I lined up the units correctly into rows (using the notches as guides) - but spending an extra 10 minutes to ensure the triangles would be in alignment was worth it.
This time I did a little cursive "L" pattern in the quilting.  It shows up really well against the minky and looks so much cuter than the other quilts I did with stippling.  Note to self: love the "L"s on minky.
In case you missed them, the first two minky quilts I made this year are:

Hourglass Snuggle Quilt Finish

If you give a moose a muffin...
If you make one boy a quilt, then you must make one for the others.

After finishing the first snuggle quilt for my middle man, the endless questions about "When are you going to finish MINE?" started.
How many kids do I have?  Oh, yes.  That's right.  3.  I guess I'm not done then yet!  Here is snuggle quilt 2 of 3.  This one for my oldest's belated (yes, I missed the deadline again) birthday (8).  Simple hourglass blocks in what I hope are boy-ish enough colors for an 8 year old.
I can see that making quilts for my mini men is only going to get harder and harder.
But as long as they keep asking..... of course, I will oblige.
